Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP at any time.

We use third-party services (such as hosting, analytics, and advertising platforms like Meta) to operate this Site. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites that link to or from the Site.

THE SITE AND ANY QUOTES OR INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE MADE AVAILABLE "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perfect View PRL and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or reliance on any information or quote provided through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Perfect View PRL from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

We may update the Site and these Terms at any time. When we update the Terms, we will change the "Effective date" above. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Perfect View PRL is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
